With recent world events many of us are having to work remotely for the first time. But working from home requires a new skillset in order to maintain productivity, personal wellbeing, and work-life balance.

In this program you will get to practice the daily habits and techniques needed for sustainable performance in the context of remote work.

At the end of this program you will be able to setup your workspace and tools, establish boundaries and procedures for an optimal mindset, start and end your day right, and maintain focus, both in your “work mode” and “home mode”.

This program is $50 (Australian dollars).


What we cover

We will share practical tips, techniques and strategies for individuals and teams who are working remotely or from home. Specifically, we will cover techniques for:

  • Managing your mental health and mindset
  • How to maintain focus and avoid distractions
  • How to transition between ‘home mode’ and ‘work mode’
  • Creating your new daily routines
  • Tools for improving remote team communication
  • How to switch off at the end of the day
  • Creating boundaries between work and home
  • How to manage the needs of children in your workspace
  • How to prevent a negative impact on your relationship
  • Connect with other people who are working from home

How the programs work

This is an online program open to individuals from around the world.

Every morning you will receive an email with a short video introducing a new topic and with a new daily task. You complete the task over the course of your day as you go about your normal activities, and then record and upload a short reflection video at the end of each day. Additional content and support is delivered in the form of SMS messages, and you connect and share your results with the rest of the Peak Persona community via a Slack channel.

How demanding are the programs?

The course content only takes about 5 to 10 minutes per day. The commitment required most days is between 10-30 minutes, but many participants choose to spend more once they realise the value of the program.
