When you see someone that you consider to be highly successful, in whatever field or endeavour, note that their achievement isn’t by accident. It is by design. It is by the small choices they make in every moment.

One trait common in successful individuals – particularly in business and sporting endeavours – is that they deliberately engineer their day to ensure a peak state of mind.

The top 2% all have this one common trait – they have good habits and routines. They structure their routines to remove negative patterns of behaviour and to encourage and leverage positive behaviours.

About the program

This 30 day online virtual program is for startup founders (entrepreneurs) to engineer their life and optimise their habits and routines to ensure peak performance.

We have taken the most common habits and routines from some of the most successful entrepreneurs and professional athletes, and condensed them into daily actionable tasks for you to adopt into your life.

This is not a ‘self-help’ program. It is not theory based. Nor is this program designed to be motivational. Similarly, this program will not teach you how to better build a business, nor teach you any new business skills. Importantly, we don’t touch on clinical psychology, nor the treatment of mental health issues, stress or anxiety (although our content should help prevent those issues arising).

Instead, our focus in on tangible, action-based routines that you can adapt to better manage your self and your time, and to engineer your emotional state, on a consistent basis. We will give you routines, habits, and tools to help you engineer your life and your mind, so that you can shift yourself to operate on the level needed to execute successfully in your particular endeavours – at work and at home.

How the program works

This is a virtual, online program open to founders from around the world. The program is cohort based, meaning it runs with groups of participants who interact and form a bonded peer group.

Every morning during the program you’ll receive a new topic with tools and tasks to develop new habits and routines enabling you to take control of your persona and mental state.

Content is delivered through a combination of daily emails, SMS reminders, and a Slack channel. As part of the program you will be required to complete certain daily activities and routines, contribute to the other participants, and log daily video reflections to track your progress.

This is not a physical challenge, but you may find the workload intensive as you adjust to your new daily and weekly routines.

The program is open to founders (entrepreneurs) from across the globe. The next 30 Day Shift program starts on Sunday 1 July. The program is just $220 (Australian dollars including GST).

Where does the content come from?

Both the co-founders work with over a thousand startup founders every year, and compounding that over the last 5 years in the startup ecosystem we have noticed patterns of behaviour that differentiate successful founders from unsuccessful founders. We have also interviewed and studied numerous successful entrepreneurs and professional sports people.

We have collected all their routines, habits, and tools, and collated them into this program of actionable items that you can adopt. But it does require you to take action, consistently, to form and maintain these new habits.

Everything we ask you to do, we already do ourselves. So we will share insights and lessons from our own experiences along the way.

The content will give you an operating system for surviving in high-stress environments. With the help of this program, each time before you go into the battle of business, or walk into the door of work or home, you will have the tools to consciously and proactively become the best version of yourself for that particular environment.
